A note about current availability:

Bookings have been busier than ever at the resort. Many Manitobans have been rediscovering their own province, which is a wonderful thing! The result, however, is that cabin availability is at a scarcity. If you are planning a stay, you’ll have to think about booking far in advance to ensure you get the dates you want!

Cancellation & Date Change Policies

September - June

Cancellations with 30 or more days notice will only be subject to an administration fee. 

Cancellations with 8 - 29 days notice will forfeit the deposit. 

Cancellations within 7 or fewer days notice will have the full amount of the reservation forfeited. 

July & August

Cancellations with 60 or more days notice will only be subject to an administration fee. 

Cancellations with 30-59 days notice will forfeit the deposit. 

Cancellations with 29 or fewer days notice will have the full amount of the reservation forfeited. 

Administration fee

$35.00 plus taxes/unit for September - June and $100.00 plus taxes/unit/week for July and August (week long bookings). 

If we are able to re-book, the deposit or full amount of the nights we are able to re-book will be refunded less the appropriate administration fee.

Date Changes (does not apply to week long July/August bookings)

All date changes are subject to availability. One date change with more than 3 weeks notice will be allowed at no cost. Additional dates changes will be charged an administration fee. Date changes within 3 weeks of the date of arrival will be treated as a cancellation.

Bad Weather

If guests are not able to travel to the resort due to road closures because of inclement weather, we will credit your deposit to a future stay and work with you to reschedule your reservation.

Minimum Night Stay

For most of the year there is a minimum of 2 nights stay. On long weekends it is 3 night minimum, and in July and August we rent the cabins for week long stays (7 nights) only.
