Now hiring: Front Desk Attendant

We're looking for a welcoming and hospitable person to facilitate memorable vacation experiences that go above and beyond guests’ expectations. A friendly disposition, great attitude, and good computer and keyboarding skills are required. Previous customer service experience is preferred. We'll provide the support to help you succeed! This is a permanent, year-round position. Progression to a supervisory role may be possible for the right candidate. The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Becoming familiar with the amenities of the resort and the area in order to recommend services and activities.

  • Warmly greeting everyone who enters the lobby, and responding to phone and in-person inquiries with courtesy and patience.

  • Entering bookings, modifications and cancellations in our booking software and processing payments and refunds.

  • Checking guests in and out.

  • Acting as “command central” for the resort’s guest-facing operations, including directing maintenance requests and monitoring housekeeping activities.

  • Staying attuned to external circumstances (e.g., weather, road conditions, power outages) to anticipate how guests may be impacted, and to work with staff and managers to respond appropriately.

  • Other duties as assigned to fill slow times at the front desk.

This is a part-time position with 3-4 shifts (8:45am-5:15pm) per week. Weekend work is required. Additional work in other areas of the resort's operations may be possible to increase hours.
