Weddings

Falcon Trails provides a rustic yet elegant setting for the perfect wedding, both big and small, that is sure to stand out as being unique and memorable. With spectacular views of the lake and the boreal forests steps away the ceremony site, we have enjoyed being a part of many couples’ special day.

In addition to providing the location and accommodations for your big day, we are happy to offer couples a host of services to make for a beautiful event.

Meetings/ Conference

Falcon Trails has venues where large and small groups can meet. Catering can be arranged for groups of 10+, subject to availability.

Family Gatherings

We are a great location for gatherings of family and friends. Adjacent cabins, a communal meeting space and year-round activities for everyone makes this a memorable space for all.

Spaces

The Ski Chalet

A large stone fireplace dominates the centre of this spacious character building while a bank of windows looks out onto the grassy slopes that base our ski/snowboarding runs come winter. Indoor capacity is 150 and can comfortable seat 90 guests for a reception or 60 for a conference. This space has multi-stall men and women’s washrooms along with a gender neutral accessible washroom with a changing table. The spacious 80’ x 120’ lawn, great for games, picnicking, or socializing, can accommodate a 40’ x 80’ outdoor tent. Wifi access and house speakers help….? Additional add-ons include a commercial kitchen, back deck BBQ and fire pit.

This vintage 1960s ski chalet provides a spacious but cozy space featuring a large stone fireplace. With a standing capacity of 150 and a commercial kitchen this space can meet many different needs. The large lawn has ample space for a tent. This is an accessible space.

The Yurt

This fun addition to the ski chalet space (located adjacent to the main chalet building) is a favourite for hosting smaller groups up to 62.

Accommodations

On-site lakefront cabin accommodations with full kitchens, fireplace, and hot tub. The eleven cabins have a capacity of 58 guests.

The Great Outdoors

There are more than 25 km of on-site trails for hiking, biking, and skiing. Complimentary canoes for guests as well as well as cross-country skies, fat bikes and snowshoe for rent.
